Terms and Conditions of Use and Provision of Services

Object and Scope

These Terms regulate access to and use of the website ( www.inesmorais.com ) and the contracting of services provided by the Provider.

User Obligations

  • Do not introduce viruses, malware or carry out attacks that compromise the Website.
Services

The provision of services is subject to acceptance by the Provider. The written confirmation sent to the User formalizes the contract and identifies the services to be performed.

Pricing, Payment and Billing

Prices are quoted in euros, plus VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions previously communicated. The invoice is issued in the User's name for tax purposes.

Right of Free Resolution (Consumers)

Under DL 24/2014 , the consumer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days of signing it, without giving a reason.

If you request immediate performance of the services during this period, you acknowledge that you will lose the right of free resolution after full performance.

To exercise this right, the consumer must send an unequivocal statement to the email address indicated in “Provider Identification”.

Complaints and ADR

The User may submit complaints through the electronic Complaints Book .

In the event of a consumer dispute, the User may appeal to the National Commission for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts (CNIACC) , available at www.cniacc.pt .

Data Protection

The User's personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR and the Provider's Privacy Policy . The User may exercise their rights (access, rectification, erasure, opposition, portability, and limitation) by contacting the contact information provided.

Intellectual Property

All content made available by the Provider is protected by copyright and may only be used by the User for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless expressly authorized.

Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Website or services, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Changes

The Provider may amend these Terms at any time. The current version will always be the one published on the Website.

Applicable Law and Competent Court

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law . The court of the district of Braga shall have jurisdiction to resolve disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's right to appeal to the court of their domicile.
